Free Worldwide Shipping
Every Qurio piece ships free, worldwide — fully insured for the full purchase value. All shipments originate from our studio in Istanbul, Turkey.
Carriers
Pieces are shipped via UPS Express, DHL Express, or FedEx International — selected based on your destination for optimal speed and reliability.
Delivery Times
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Processing time: 2–3 business days before shipment. Tracking information is provided via email within 48 hours of dispatch.
Packaging
Every piece is packaged in: acid-free tissue wrapping, a custom-fit foam insert, a handcrafted walnut presentation box, and a sealed reinforced outer carton. White cotton gloves and a microfiber cloth are included.
Delivery Requirements
Signature is required on delivery — pieces will not be left unattended.
Customs & Duties
Qurio pieces are classified under HS Code 9703 — Original sculptures and statuary. Original artworks under this classification are exempt from customs duty in most countries. In the rare case that duties are applied, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Qurio will provide all necessary documentation.
