Auction Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Masterwork pieces (70 × 100 cm) sold through timed auction.

Auction Format
Masterwork auctions run for 72 hours from the published start time. The minimum bid increment is $100 USD.
Bidding
- All bids are binding commitments to purchase
- Bids cannot be retracted once placed
- A verified account with confirmed email is required
Anti-Snipe Protection
If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes, the auction is automatically extended by 5 minutes. There is no limit to extensions.
Winning & Payment
The highest bidder wins. Payment must be completed within 24 hours via Stripe. Non-payment results in the piece being offered to the next highest bidder.
Integrity
Qurio reserves the right to cancel or restart an auction in cases of suspicious activity or technical failure.
After the Auction
Winning pieces receive the same treatment as all Qurio artwork: free shipping, full insurance, Certificate of Authenticity, NFC verification, and provenance registration.
