Unique Artworks

Each Qurio piece is a unique 1/1 artwork — handcrafted, signed, and numbered. Due to this one-of-a-kind nature, standard returns and “change of mind” returns are not available.

Damaged on Arrival

If your piece arrives damaged:

• Notify Qurio within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Qurio will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
• All return shipping costs for damaged pieces are covered by Qurio

Defects

If a defect in materials or craftsmanship is discovered within 12 months of delivery, Qurio will repair or replace the piece at no charge.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
